The Big Idea
It suprises me as a relatively new transplant to Los Angeles, that there is no gathering center for West LA jews - and there are alot!! I understand the West LA YMCA will be moving to a new building, which would provide a fantastic opportunity to bring West LA together in one place.
The Impact
It would allow all West LA jews from varying levels of observance and interests to co-mingle and foster a deepened Jewish fabric. The impact would be huge. A place for Jews to gather, play sports, socialize, excercise, etc. A physical home for years to come.
This Is A Great Idea Because
The concept is not new. The location is. Currently does not exist.
