Jerusalem4ALL

Jerusalem4ALL is a collaborative, communities based international education, training, and research organization dedicated to promoting peace, security, freedom, and planetary well-being. The topography of Jerusalem inspired an ancient understanding of the holy city as the navel of the earth. We now envision an open Jerusalem as the capital city of the planet.

Jerusalem4All is dedicated to innovative, forward looking approaches to the future of the Jewish people in the current millennium. Peoples across the planet live in communities whether rural villages or villages within urban megalopolis centers such as Los Angeles, Paris or New York. In our era more women…

ELIEZER - Free Dating and connecting site for Jews

This self sustaining website will mainly do the matchmaker's job, by using a series of highly developed questionnaire sets, which will then create a very meticulous database that will provide the most adequate match based on similarity and mutual interests, belief system and preferences (cultural, social, political, etc.) It will be a NON-PROFIT site, developed by myself with the help of professionals I trust and are willing to help. The site will have other functionalities than romantic - it will help connecting people, there will be a genealogy section, a social networking section, an employment and job section, a community…

Holiday Pilgrimage

The holidays of Pessach, Shavuot and Sukkot mark three special points in the year when the entire Jewish community would unite in Jerusalem to celebrate together. The State of Israel was reintroduced to the world amidst a business savvy population- one which drives travel prices up specifically at popular times such as holidays. This project aims at securing affordable family trips to Israel, encouraging jubilant celebratory experience in the heart of our homeland along with all of our brothers and sisters.

The Jewish Energy Project

In my most recent book The Optimistic Jew: a Positive Vision for the Jewish People in the 21st Century (Maxanna Press, 2007) I devoted an entire chapter to The Jewish Energy Project. I identified petrodollars as a Jewish Problem (financing anti-Semitism, terrorism and nuclear weapons). I suggested that Jewish communities formulate a coherent energy policy aimed at creating political alliances and economic instruments to help downgrade oil as the dominant international commodity. In a separate article for a non-Jewish publication entitled The Energy Project (The Futurist, January- February 2007) I wrote: For the sake of our shared environment and international…

The Jewish Alliance for Animals

The torah calls Jews to both tikkun olum and tzaar baalei hayim, repairing the world and caring for animals. However, throughout the greater Los Angeles region, more than 100,000 homeless dogs and cats are euthanized each year, which is nearly 250 per day. This is far less than in decades past but still too much in a region of 10 million people. The euthanasia of homeless animals is due to several factors. This includes: 1. a lack of people ready to support, adopt or foster homeless animals; 2. too many people buying animals from retailers, puppy mills and breeders and…

Halutzim - Pioneers A Program to Enrich Parent-Child Relationships

Halutzim, Jewish Pioneers. That is what we are proposing for a new Jewish educational and cultural program. The years go by and kids grow up. Most parents spend a great deal of time at work. Finding quality time with your kids can be challenging. For years, the Boy and Girl Scout movements and the YMCA, with the Y-Guides/Princesses, have created quality parent-child programming. Indeed, many Jewish families flock to these programs the programming allows them to have connected time with their child in a structured environment. But what is lacking in these programs is a Jewish religious and cultural connection.…

L.A Jewish Sports Tours

My Idea for bringing the Jewish community of LA together is as follows. As a young Jewish man, I feel that sports and food are a great way to bring people together, from all walks of life. Therefore, accordingly, my idea is that we create an organization called Los Angeles Jewish Sports Tours, whereby once or a twice a week, L.A Jewish Sports Tours organizes coach buses to attend a scheduled sporting event, according, of course, to the respective sports seasons. Soon, we would be attending professional (MLB) Baseball games. That is, LA Dodgers and LA Angels games. A highlight…

Israeli Palestinian Confederation

The Israeli Palestinian Confederation is a third government for both the Israeli and the Palestinian peoples together. A Confederation does not dissolve the Israeli or Palestinian governments. The Israeli and Palestinian governments will remain the governments of the Israeli and the Palestinian peoples. The Israeli and Palestinian peoples and institutions will remain subject to the jurisdictions and laws of their respective governments. However, the Confederation is an independent third government representing both the peoples of Israel and Palestine together.

Under the Israeli Palestinian Confederation Constitution, there will be 300 Parliament members representing 300 districts of the entire area of Israel,…

The California Israel Technology Collaborative

We intend to build an online facility to match Israeli start-ups in the medical devices industry to locate potential business partners in California. We believe this approach will have several major benefits to Israel:
-  Utilize social networking capabilities of the Internet to enable Israeli startups to access US expert resources through real time audio/video/text communications.
Recognize and promote innovation and entrepreneurship in medical and high technology industries through fostering technology transfer between the US and Israel.
-  Create awareness for Israel as a vibrant world class center for talent, R&D, innovation and business formation.
-  Educate & mentor new…

Torah Letzion

Torah Letzion (TLZ) is a not-for-profit organization started by Yeshiva University students and currently run by students from Yeshiva University and Stern College. Following high school, almost everyone in the "Modern Orthodox" world goes to yeshiva or seminary for a year full of growth, inspiration and independence. Unfortunately so many boys and girls have a difficult time getting the funds to go to Israel for the year. TLZ's primary goal is to assist students with their dream of learning in Israel post-high school. So far, in a little over two years, we have helped send 20 students to Israel, yet…
